The primary registered nurse requirement would have a minimum associate degree. If someone would like to have better pay than they should have Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN). After completing any degree program, a nursed should take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).

The NCLEX exam covers four categories according to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing:

  3. Health promotion and maintenance: Lifespan quality improvement and prevention to infection.
  4. Physiology integrity: Basic care and comfort and physiological adaptation
