Rankings of Universities in California

Universities in California are known worldwide for its quality, prestige and contribution. They have over the top ranks by great notable organizations such as Forbes, U.S. Rankings and Reviews and the Times Higher Education. Lets us review the universities in California rankings.

Stanford University has 3rd rank in World University Ranking 2015-2016 by the Times Higher Education. It is considered as the Harvard of the 21st century, with world-known alumni in government, finance and technology. Stanford has ranked 1st in several national domestic college measures and institution such as Princeton Review Dream College, Money Magazine and Daily Beast.

University of California Berkeley global reputation this year would be the13th rank in World University Ranking 2015-2016 by the Times Higher Education. As for national ranking, Berkeley reported being the 1st among 20 other public universities by U.S. News & World Report. Berkeley is also rank as one of the nation’s Public Ivy.

University of California Los Angeles added the list of universities in California rankings review by becoming the 13th rank for reputation and the 16th for academics in World University Ranking 2015-2016 by the Times Higher Education. In 2016, U.S. News & World Report ranked UCLA the 2nd rank among 20 other public universities. It is also one of America’s Public Ivy, a public university that provides Ivy League education.

The University of California Davis ranked as the America’s Best Graduate School in 2015 by U.S. News & World Report. Meanwhile, in 2010, the National Research Council ranks the UC Davis graduate program to be among America’s best.

The University of Southern California was ranked 23rd in U.S. News & World Report’s 2016 annual ranking of national universities in America. Forbes ranked in the category of resulting graduates who are most content with their occupations and USC Marshall School of Business rank 3rd. Princeton rank USC as the 1st out of 150 other schools in North America for its video game design program.

University of California, San Diego is rank 14th by the Academic Ranking of World Universities and is rank 21st by the Centre for World University RankingsU.S. News & World Report named UC San Diego ranks 19th best university in the world in 2016 for research, global and regional.

The University of California Irvine has ranked Times Higher Education ranked UCI 4th in the world. UCI also rank as the 1st in America among top universities under 50 years.  For 2015-2016, U.S. News & World Report ranked UC Irvine 39th among other national universities and 9th among public universities in America.

University of California Santa Barbara has 93rd rank out of 1500 schools by Money Magazine 2015 Best College ranking.

In World University Ranking 2015-2016 by The Times Higher Education, the California Institute of Technology ranked as the 1st. 33 of its alumni have won 34 Nobel Prizes, and 71 have won the US National Medal of Science and Technology.

The University of California Riverside is one of 10 general campuses of the UC system. In 2016, U.S. News & World Report‘s rank UCR as the 121st “America’s Best Colleges” nationally. UC Riverside ranked150th in the country out of the nearly 1500 schools it evaluated for its 2014 Best Colleges ranking by Money Magazine.
